Oracle SCM Cloud (Associate Practice Director)
Full Time

  • 15+ years' experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Supply Chain Planning, Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, with 8+ years in Oracle SCM cloud.
  • Must have 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales.
  • Experience leading project and application support teams is required.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with senior leadership, co-workers, systems teams, and vendors.
  • Detailed understanding on Oracle SCM Cloud setup and architecture
  • Good knowledge on SCM Cloud Integration with other cloud modules like Financials, Projects Accounting etc.
  • Good functional knowledge on Data Conversion, Rapid Implementation Spreadsheets, File Based Data Load, Migrations, Inbound / Outbound Interfaces, OTBI Reports
  • Serve as a liaison between the business function and IT to provide technical and business solutions that meet user needs.
  • Provide solutions for Supply Chain Tracks for RFPs, RFQs.
  • Ability to pick up on new technologies quickly and learn new skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication with ability to work with different teams.
  • Self-motivated team player with vision and initiative.
  • Dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in responding to RFPs, RFQs.
  • Participate in RFP presentations.
  • Provide solutions for Supply Chain Tracks for RFPs, RFQs.
  • Business process review, Solution walkthrough, Configuration review, integration review, Security, reports, conduct CRP, product demo, participate in UAT for Oracle ERP cloud implementation of Financials Track.
  • Analyse issues, perform root cause, develop permanent code-fixes/configurations/ Tuning, develop permanent code-fixes/configurations/ Tuning.
  • Need to demonstrate subject matter expertise in the implementation lifecycle of at least 3 Oracle ERP Cloud projects with implementation experience in combination of Oracle SCM applications such as: Procurement, Order Management, Supply Chain Execution, Supply Chain Planning, Supplier Collaboration, Inventory etc.
  • Senior resource leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • Providing multi-country, multi-business unit support to clients
  • Prepare test, training scripts, functional specification documents.
  • Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancement.
