Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. As an Oracle Applications Analyst you will primarily be responsible for supporting the daily operations of Oracle E-Business Suite systems (Financials, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Management and Shipping, Projects etc.), working collaboratively with the functional and development teams
  2. Your job will include technical support to all standard and custom modules in current ERP System
  3. Working with System Analysts in the implementation of Oracle ERP for new plants and business units as needed.
  4. Root-cause analysis and resolution of complex problems in support of production environments including integration and CEMLIs.
  5. Support for various Applications like Oracle E-Business Suite (R12), OCI, OAC, Oracle CRM on demand, SOA, Vertex etc.
  6. Develop reports in Oracle Analytics Cloud
  7. Create custom packages and procedures using SQL / PLSQL
  8. Create custom integration scripts using Python / Perl
  9. Work on Oracle Data Integrator to build ETL for Data Warehouse projects

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: BS or BA degree in computer science or related field required

Required Skills:

5 + years of Senior Oracle Application Developer or 4+ years of Oracle database administration experience as an Oracle Applications DBA supporting Oracle EBS (R12).

Has experience working in a controlled environment such as OCI and SOX compliant environments for public US firms.

Has proficient functional knowledge in Oracle EBS Suite products Financial and/or SCM.

Expert in SQL, PL/SQL and UNIX shell scripting.

Conversant with ETLs and basic knowledge of Oracle reports and format

Knowledge of underlying the Oracle Applications Technology Stack, database architecture, schemas/products and database objects

Experience of upgrading from Oracle Cloud SOA to OIC.

Knowledgeable about Cloud PaaS and Oracle Analytics Cloud.

Other Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff

Ability to work independently and as a team player

Willingness to learn new technologies

Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments

Flexibility related to scheduling

Skilled problem-solving capabilities with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions
