This L2 Field Engineer will be brought on to provide hands-on user support by troubleshooting hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers. You will configure workstations for new users and upgrade existing equipment and software, set up and maintain network and telecommunication systems, and troubleshoot LAN, servers, and connectivity issues.   • Utilizes ticketing system, when necessary.
  • Re-images computers, performs data migrations and restorations, and conducts remote problem solving as needed.
