The Senior Communications and Engagement Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting SETF through a multi-year transformation program. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive communication and engagement strategies to ensure all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and experiencing a positive journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Communication Strategies
  • Create and implement comprehensive communication plans that align with the transformation objectives.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure their buy-in and support.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand their needs and concerns
  • Change Management
  • Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Develop materials and tools to support SPARK Modernization, such as FAQs and Viva Engage collateral
  • Content Creation
  • Produce creative, high-quality content, including presentations, reports, and internal communications.
  • Tailor messages to different audiences to ensure clarity and relevance
  • Monitoring and Feedback:
  • Track the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve communication efforts.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with OCM and SPARK MODERNIZATION cross-functional team to ensure alignment and coordination.
  • Support project leaders with communication tools and frameworks.
  • Event Coordination
  • Plan and execute events such as town halls, workshops, and training sessions to facilitate engagement and information sharing.
  • Crisis Communication
  • Develop and execute crisis communication plans to manage any issues that arise during the transformation
  • Communication:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
Leadership:
Ability to led and inspire a team.
Experience with crisis communication and change management.
Analytical skills to measure and report on communication effectiveness.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Empathy: Understanding and addressing the concerns and needs of diverse stakeholder groups.

Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
8 - 10 years of experience in a corporate and/or project communications role.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

PROSCI certification a plus.

Experience: Extensive experience in communications and stakeholder engagement, particularly within large-scale transformation programs.

Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans.
Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.

Leadership:
Ability to lead and inspire a team.
Experience with crisis communication and change management.
Analytical skills to measure and report on communication effectiveness.
