THE WORK
TKO provides systems engineering, software development, data science and cloud development and engineering services to the Cyber Infrastructure Solutions customer. The services enable the Data Transformation, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence processing and sharing capabilities for the customer, fulfilling mission objectives and offering actionable information to detect and mitigate cyber threats. The contract has several locations in Maryland and a small contingent in Texas.

WHO YOU ARE
You are a Mission Support Engineer who will engage with stakeholders to define and analyze system requirements, ensuring they align with project objectives and facilitating system validation. in support of the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) TTO.
You will encourage collaboration among team members and government stakeholders to ensure everyone stays aligned with project goals and system integration requirements. You will be responsible for collaboration platforms, ensuring inclusion of necessary team members in various virtual environments.

Basic Qualifications

A High School Diploma or GED plus ten (10) years of general systems engineering experience

OR

A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus six (6) years of systems engineering experience.

OR

A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience.

OR

A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience.

Required Skills/Experience
Ability to prepare. review, and present technical briefings in order to communicate project progress and status, aiding informed decision-making and system performance.
Experience scheduling high level technical engagements, manage logistics, venue scheduling, and coordination of presentation requirements.
Experience documenting and disseminating meeting minutes, tracking required actions to closure.
Experience managing collaboration platforms, ensuring inclusion of necessary team members in various virtual environments
Experience with Confluence
Effective communicator, detailed oriented, and self starter

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $93,400 - $179,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $107,400 - $202,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
