This role involves developing data-driven models for device monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing C-band activation for new FWA devices. The ideal candidate will leverage machine learning, statistical analysis, and advanced analytics to predict device behavior, improve network performance, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Build predictive models and algorithms to proactively identify potential issues in FWA devices.
Utilize device data to detect anomalies and anticipate device failures before they impact the consumer experience.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement proactive care solutions and integrate them with consumer support systems.
Develop real-time monitoring solutions for FWA devices to identify trends and anomalies in device performance and network usage.
Analyze large datasets generated from FWA devices to extract meaningful insights on performance, connectivity, and user behavior.
Design dashboards and reporting tools for continuous monitoring and analysis of device metrics.
Contribute to the C-band activation process for new FWA devices by building models to optimize and streamline device activation.
Analyze network performance during C-band activation to ensure smooth onboarding of devices onto the network.
Collaborate with engineering teams to refine activation processes based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
Education: PhD or Master s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, preferably in telecom, IoT, or related industries.
Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models for predictive analytics and anomaly detection.
Experience with network performance data, FWA devices, or similar technologies is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for data analysis and modeling.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) for data processing and model deployment.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Strong understanding of statistical modeling, time-series analysis, and anomaly detection techniques.
Experience with SQL and working with large datasets.
