Russell Tobin's client is hiring an Account Set-Up and Maintenance Clerk (Admin) in Columbia, SC
Employment Type: Contract
Location: Remote Columbia, SC
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am -5:00pm
Pay rate: $22.75/hr
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing, evaluating, and loading new accounts into the company's computer system.
- Responsible for accurately entering customer data into the centralized maintenance system.
- Maintains customer information changes.
- Updates CRM system with new and existing account information.
- Updates licensing for all accounts. Scans and categorizes documentation into a scanning system.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimal of 6+ months experience
- Familiarity with Windows-based word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office). Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Familiarity with AS400 system - Not as required, but it would be nice to have.
- Ability to accurately interpret new customer applications and related customer data.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
- Ability to implement processes accurately and expeditiously, resulting in satisfactory audit practice
