Position Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. MUST BE A HUNTER and results-driven. The successful candidate will be people-focused and KPI driven with strong skills in reporting metrics to drive improved results.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, process, providing timely communication and updates.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.

Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system.

Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.

Skills and Certifications

SAP Business processing system experience (preferred)

Attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience using posting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, States and local job boards

Customer/Candidate driven

Ability to collaborate with leaders and peers
