This is a great opportunity to be a part of the Strategy & Field Enablement (STREAM) Team within U.S. Field Strategy & Operation working across the Field Strategy & Operations business area responsible for enabling an optimized customer-facing organization across the US Market.

We are seeking a highly talented, motivated, and experienced Field Enablement Process Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide project management and process improvement support to the Field Enablement Process Lead in the strategic and tactical enablement of the field, including but not limited to, field restructuring and product launch field readiness. This individual will work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders and manage the complexity across headquarter functions to facilitate a seamless operational experience for both US HH field sales and account management teams within our sales organization (e.g., Oncology, Vaccines, US Pharma, PAH-Rare Disease, IAM), including collaboration with Sales Leadership, Sales Planning, Marketing, HR, Compliance, L&D, FEDIT, Sales Ops, Alignments, SIP, and various HH Data Science functions (e.g. Field Data Visualization, Targeting & Segmentation, Data Enablement). Additionally, the incumbent will support the Field Enablement Process Lead in the development and execution of strategic, innovative, sustainable, and repeatable approaches to business process documentation aimed at increasing process awareness across collaborative workstreams, ensuring future business continuity, and identifying opportunities for simplification and automation.

Success in this role will require strong project management skills, an agile mindset, and effective partnership across multiple functions. Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and vendor management skills are critical.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Project management: Efficiently manage multiple projects related to field enablement, including restructuring initiatives, product launches and commercial operations process improvement.
  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving existing processes related to field enablement, including operational execution, cross functional hand-offs, and change management.
  • Field readiness: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the field sales force is fully prepared for new product launches, restructuring initiatives, and other changes in business priorities.
  • Identify and map dependencies across the different field readiness workstreams that impact sales force enablement processes.
  • Support the governance of process documentation across field enablement workstreams within scope.
  • Dashboard Creation and Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights, support data-driven decision-making, allow for project health and timeline visibility, and enhance business performance.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare field
  • Experience in HQ commercial operations strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple workstreams with stakeholders at various levels of the organization, plan and execute
  • Process-minded and exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work product
  • Experience in project management and process mapping
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent thinker and self-starter
  • Agile and growth mindset
  • Experience and ability influencing without authority, working with ambiguity, navigating complex organizations and successfully networking and forming partnerships with cross-functional teams
