  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • 24/7 production support for .NET applications, troubleshooting and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose issues, leveraging monitoring tools to identify performance bottlenecks and system anomalies.
  • Should have strong communication skills and should be able to work with client team independently.
  • maintain monitoring solutions using Dynatrace and AlertSite to ensure high availability and performance of applications.
  • Participate in incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and enhance operational documentation, including runbooks, playbooks, and incident response protocols.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in ongoing SRE initiatives
