**** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Procurement Consultant to join our innovative team in the Technology industry, working remotely. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming our Source to Pay processes, ensuring they align with best practices and meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather detailed requirements, facilitate engaging workshops, and provide valuable feedback that enhances our procurement operations. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ServiceNow Procurement, you will confidently lead client workshops, articulating the benefits of Procurement product modules and demonstrating Source to Pay Services. Your experience will enable you to capture detailed business requirements and translate them into actionable Scrum stories, effectively driving project outcomes. You will also be responsible for training and supporting HR teams on new tools and processes, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. If you hold a PSM certification and CSA ? Certified System Admin certification, particularly within the Eastern Time Zone, we encourage you to apply. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business units to gather and document procurement process requirements. ? Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture stakeholder feedback and refine procurement strategies. ? Lead training sessions for HR teams on newly implemented procurement processes and tools. ? Conduct client procurement workshops with authority, showcasing your expertise in Source to Pay Services. ? Develop and articulate Procurement business requirements, translating them into concise Scrum stories. ? Partner with development teams to build and refine Procurement stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives. ? Monitor and analyze procurement processes, recommending enhancements to optimize service delivery.
