We are looking for a Director of Strategic Program Management to join as part of the Business Operations function, which steers the ship, drives strategy to execution through systemic planning, communications, and operations execution. The team is growing, and we need strong contributors to be part it.
You will be responsible managing complex, cross- organizational programs that impact both product and business for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and will have exposure to multiple critical business initiatives. Our team is expanding, and a strong program management leader is needed. You will partner with every team in Oracle to make these projects happen. The space is fun, large, cross cutting and complex (truly, complex). You will focus on rotating strategic projects and programs; you'll incubate where our biggest opportunities and challenges are. The right person for this role thrives in ambiguity, as once you solve one project, its on to the next - you'll rotate through high strategic priority projects.
This Director will provide thought leadership to align priorities, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive end-to-end execution of complex projects. This space is looking for a natural problem-solver and strategic thinker and an exceptional communicator.

US: Hiring Range: from $139,300 to $291,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Basic Qualifications
- BS or MS degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience leading technical or business strategic projects and programs
- Experience with financial operations, including P&L management, revenue, extended planning and forecasting
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a proven record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Thrive and succeed in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or conflicting priorities.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
- Previous experience or understanding of cloud technologies, engineering, software, and systems development lifecycles
- A natural problem-solver and strategic problem solver who takes ownership
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
