  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role:

  • Provide real-time support to traders and other users on the trading floor for any IT-related issues, including hardware, software, network connectivity, and communication systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems quickly and efficiently, escalating complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Monitor trading systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth operation and proactively address potential problems before they impact users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain trading software, desktop systems, monitors, keyboards, and other essential IT equipment.
  • Log and document incidents and problems, tracking them to resolution, and ensure all incidents are resolved within agreed service levels.
  • Work closely with other IT teams, such as network, server, and application support teams, to resolve technical issues efficiently and implement system upgrades.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop support, including Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and trading applications (Bloomberg, Reuters, FIX protocol, etc.).
  • Prior experience in a trade floor support role or a similar high-pressure technical support environment is mandatory.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure and provide rapid solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with traders and other staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, ensuring no detail is overlooked, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced trading environment.
  • Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
