Responsibilities

  • Experience in motivating and managing a busy team of dispatchers, purchasers, or coordinators.
  • Exceptional skills in organization, problem solving, critical thinking, leadership experience, time management, strategic planning, and communication.
  • Dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely to ensure that all customer groups receive outstanding service in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Support Service Managers by communicating manpower and equipment utilization; ensuring proper resources are matched with workload.
  • Have a proven track record as a leader with multi-state coverage.
  • Supervise, hire, and train their department professionals.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of supervisory and/or equivalent experience
  • Exemplify exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience Hiring, training, developing, and recognizing personnel to achieve company goals.
  • Strong skills in training and implementation of new policies and procedures to streamline efficiencies.
  • Experience in creating, reviewing, and updating standard operations procedures.
  • Experience in receiving feedback from customer and internal departments while reviewing for coaching opportunities and needed changes.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to build a positive working relationship with all customers and all levels of management.
