  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the real estate portfolio, ensuring properties are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance property performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.

Property Management:

  • Supervise property management teams to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate property performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.

Leasing and Tenant Relations:

  • Manage leasing activities, including tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and renewals.
  • Foster positive tenant relationships, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and tenant retention.

Financial Performance:

  • Develop and manage the annual budget for real estate operations, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for the real estate portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, including property acquisitions and development projects.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform decision-making and investment strategies.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of real estate professionals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate operations, property management, or a related field.
