  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role: Dynatrace Administrator

Location: Halifax, NS (Remote)

Time Zone: Ready to work in eastern time zone

Day to Day job Duties:

  • Experience in Dynatrace monitoring platform and supporting internal and external applications monitoring.
  • Should have strong experience in Dynatrace APM.
  • Migrating synthetic monitors to Dynatrace from existing tools. Deploying additional software upgrades to the SaaS edition as needed
  • Setting up alerts/thresholds for application configurations and OS parameters.
  • Dynatrace agents: Managing the deployment of Dynatrace agents.
  • Having ability to build dashboards for Applications.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency through process automation.
  • Building and nurturing client trust and respect
  • Prepare documentation for best practices and operational procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Dynatrace monitoring platform and software upgrade.
  • Should have Hands on experience with major version of Dynatrace upgrade in place/out place.
  • Must have solid experience in APM, Dashboards, Synthetic and API's monitoring. Must have experience in maintaining licenses with compliance.

Nice to Have:

  • Shell scripting experience
  • WLST Experience
