Job Description:

The 3DEXPERIENCE PLM Functional Consultant will lead PLM green-field implementation programs, ensuring smooth migration and mapping from in-house applications to the 3DEXPERIENCE/PLM platform. The role involves extensive business analysis, working closely with both business users and the technical team to bridge gaps and deliver robust PLM solutions. The candidate must have strong experience in manufacturing processes, cloud migrations, and validating new functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PLM Implementation: Lead the green-field implementation of 3DEXPERIENCE PLM, ensuring seamless migration from legacy systems.
  • Business Analysis: Develop business requirement specifications and act as a bridge between business users and the technical team.
  • Process Mapping: Map business processes, including Manufacturing/APQP, from 3DExperience or non-PLM systems.
  • System Validation: Support validation of new functionalities within the PLM system.
  • Cloud Migrations: Manage PLM cloud migration projects, preferably with AWS or Azure environments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of PLM experience, with at least 6+ years of 3DEXPERIENCE (REX).
  • Manufacturing Knowledge: Solid understanding of Manufacturing/APQP processes.
  • Cloud Migration: Experience working on cloud migrations and adoption, ideally with AWS or Azure.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of 3DEXPERIENCE/PLM process mapping and functional consulting.
