• Identify master data management needs and translate them into functional specifications Document data governance
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of master data by documenting data governance rules, data quality metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate Work closely with SAP MDG Solution Consultants and Architects to design solutions that meet business needs Bridge the gap
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams

Advisory and Strategy Development:

• Understand business needs and objectives related to master data.
• Develop and implement MDM strategies that align with client goals, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
• Recommend industry best practices for managing master data across multiple domains (e.g., customer, product, supplier, financial).

Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the MDG Asset and MDG ABAP domains.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members working on MDG Asset and MDG ABAP projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
• Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and project outcomes.

Qualifications -

• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on MDG Asset and MDG ABAP.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills in MDG Asset and MDG ABAP, with hands-on experience.
• Exhibit excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Show proficiency in developing and maintaining detailed project plans.
• Have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
• Display strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Show expertise in risk management and issue resolution.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
