Create high-level and detailed design documentation, considering integrations, customizations, workflows, and configurations within Dynamics 365.

Evaluate different D365 modules and third-party integrations to recommend optimal solutions.

Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and key stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements.

Design and implements integrations between Dynamics 365 and other business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party applications). Oversee data migration processes, ensuring data consistency, quality, and security throughout the migration from legacy systems to D365.

Program Manager Develop and manage the project plan: Create a detailed project plan that outlines tasks, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation for the D365 implementation.

Define project scope and objectives: Ensure a clear understanding of the project s goals, scope, and deliverables, aligning them with business needs and stakeholder expectations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for both the client and the internal project team, facilitating communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and other involved parties.

Manage client expectations: Ensure that client expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and project scope are realistic and managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular meetings: Organize and lead regular meetings with the client and project team to provide status updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Bridge the communication gap between onsite and offshore teams: Ensure smooth collaboration between geographically distributed teams, facilitating daily updates and resolving any coordination issues.

Ensure timely delivery: Track progress and ensure that both onsite and offshore teams are meeting deadlines, and that deliverables are completed as per the project plan.

Provide regular status updates: Deliver detailed and clear reports on the project's progress, including risks, issues, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the plan. Escalate issues when necessary: If critical problems arise that require senior management intervention, the onsite program manager escalates these issues to ensure they are resolved promptly.
