Overview: We are seeking an experienced Firco Payments Product Manager / Implementation Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the end-to-end implementation, management, and optimization of Firco Payment Screening solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Firco payment filtering systems, an understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and a strong background in payments processing. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure the successful integration, customization, and operation of Firco solutions, driving product performance and meeting regulatory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and integration of Firco Payment Screening solutions with clients' existing payment processing systems.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Firco product capabilities, ensuring optimal configurations to meet AML, OFAC, and other regulatory screening requirements.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of product management, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and release management for Firco Payment products.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and provide technical expertise in customizing Firco solutions to fit their specific payment screening needs.
  • Oversee the delivery of Firco implementations, coordinating with internal development, QA, and support teams to ensure timely and efficient rollouts.
  • Develop and execute product strategies to enhance Firco's capabilities, align with market trends, and improve overall performance and user satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues, provide troubleshooting support, and ensure ongoing compliance with screening and filtering protocols.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure system efficiency, make recommendations for improvements, and track product performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams and clients on Firco product usage, best practices, and new feature releases.
  • Stay current with global AML regulations and ensure that Firco solutions remain compliant with the latest industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in payments processing, AML compliance, or financial services, with a focus on Firco Payment Screening solutions or equivalent products.
  • Deep knowledge of Firco Trust, Firco Continuity, or other payment filtering platforms, and experience with their integration and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of AML, OFAC, and sanctions compliance regulations and how they apply to payment screening systems.
  • Proven track record of successful product management, implementation, or system integration in a financial services context.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FircoSoft certification or equivalent certifications related to AML payment filtering solutions.
  • Experience with SQL, APIs, and scripting languages for configuring payment systems.
  • Familiarity with other payment systems, SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, and real-time gross settlement (RTGS) systems
