As a Finance Manager at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for providing financial strategic guidance and leading strategic financial planning for the Data, Analytics and AI team which is part of the Pepsico Strategy & Transformation team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial guidance and tools to the Senior Leadership Team, to support the strategic planning processes for the Data Analytics an AI organization, aiming to provide the foundational capabilities required to execute and deploy our transformational programs.
  • Lead the overall planning processes for the Data Analytics and AI team including labor and non-labor resources in alignment with the team financial strategy.
  • Guide and support DA&AI Business Cases and Capital Appropriation Requests development partnering with project leaders and other functional teams; procurement, control, legal as well as with the Capex COE
  • Partner with DA&AI leadership team to identify and measure productivity initiatives for the DA&AI team, working directly with productivity leads and connecting with Central Productivity Office
  • Define and report, altogether with the leadership team financial KPIs for the DA&AI team, leveraging visualization tools (dashboards)
  • Other Finance Ad-hoc activities supporting the DA&AI team


Compensation & Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100.

  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 total years of progressive responsibility, in some of the following areas: Strategic planning, Financial Planning and Analysis, evaluating business performance, Financial Accounting and Control. Functional finance experience is a plus (e.g. Marketing, Sales, R&D, Operations, Procurement etc.)
  • 5-7 years of financial analysis and modelling experience with widely used tools, e.g., Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Trifacta, etc.
  • 5-7 years' experience with Hyperion, SAP, Tableau, PowerBI, Business Objects, TM1, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree a plus


Capabilities:
  • Experience with forecasting and budgeting and financial modelling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to function effectively in a team environment and gain the cooperation of individuals across the organization

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications


Differentiating Competencies
  • Role will have exposure to senior level executives (SVPs and VPs DA&AI, S&T CFO)
  • Role will have to coordinate and lead meetings with senior level executives monthly
  • Role will have to coordinate reviews with VP and SVPs of the DA&AI team and work with cross functional teams to incorporate feedback
