This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

What It's Like

Be part of a software development team working on many engineering applications including an in-house Testing and communication platform. The Team has full stack developers, UI developers, Python scripting development, Tools administration, Process and test automation tools. The team designs and hosts Big-Data architecture to store, transform and analyze huge engineering databases. Developing AI/ML logic for engineering use cases. Building business insights and Engineering analytics, System administration, VMware, Cloud based hosting, API automation, Frontend UI development are some key goals of the team.

What You'll Do

This position will work on software development to build machine learning logic on engineering data, logs and node alarms and Key performance indicators. You will be working with mentors with years of experience on software development, Database handling, Network call flows and protocols and AI/ML development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on Azure Open AI

  • Develop code in Python to support ongoing engineering projects test validation.

  • Develop AI/ML logic with engineering data to solve key engineering process pain points.

  • Learn VMware deployments, Ansible and other tools


What It Takes

  • Artificial intelligence (AI) use case development

  • Machine Learning (ML) logic development

  • Computer Science & Engineering knowledge

  • Software development and coding skills

  • AI/ML use case logic development



  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program

  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships


Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.
