Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support overall business growth across target markets.
  • Thought Leadership & Content Marketing: Spearhead content creation and thought leadership initiatives that position the company as an industry leader in digital transformation and technology consulting.
  • Digital Marketing & Analytics: Oversee digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Regularly analyze and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials, tools, and resources that enhance sales efforts and drive customer acquisition.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape changes that inform marketing strategies and business development efforts.
  • Event Management & Industry Engagement: Plan and execute high-impact events, webinars, and industry engagements to promote the brand and increase visibility in key verticals.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 7+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation and strategic marketing leadership in the IT services or technology sector.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing platforms) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, particularly in digital transformation and IT services.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing a marketing team and delivering measurable results in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and adjust campaigns for optimal performance.
