Job Summary:
This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying Archer GRC solutions with a focus on integrated risk management for on-premises software. The candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and data architects to define system designs and technical requirements for medium to large projects. This role requires expertise in Archer GRC, guiding junior team members, and ensuring the delivery of quality solutions within established project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design: Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and architects to create detailed system designs for medium to large-scale projects.
  • Development: Write complex programs in multiple languages, oversee development, and verify work from junior team members.
  • Testing: Define system tests, conduct load testing, and oversee testing by less experienced team members.
  • Deployment: Lead and supervise the implementation of software solutions and ensure all principles are met.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive technical requirements documentation, prototypes, and system documentation. Ensure traceability from design to final deliverables.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks related to development tasks.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Archer GRC Integrated Risk Management (on-prem).
  • Ability to oversee complex system designs, development, and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of multiple programming languages.
