TEKsystems is hiring a Customer Quality Assurance Specialist in East Las Vegas!
Location: On-site (East Las Vegas - 89120)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Position Overview
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will help us improve customer service. You will review customer interactions through phone, email, chat, and text. Your goal is to assess the quality of our customer service representatives (CSRs) and give them helpful feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze customer support interactions.
- Check interactions for accuracy, clarity, and problem-solving skills.
- Offer constructive feedback to CSRs and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree or certification preferred).
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, with 1 year in a call center doing QA work.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to give helpful feedback.
Additional Information
You will also train as a fraud specialist. This means you will check profiles for signs of fraud and report your findings. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are important for this role.
