Our client, a leading asset management firm renowned for their innovative investment solutions and commitment to excellence, has an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support Senior Executives on their Investor Relations Team. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating a high volume of communications, and ensuring that all operational aspects of the Investor Relations function run smoothly.
Only qualified candidates will be considered. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience supporting an investor relations team in asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to 1-3 Senior Executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Investor Relations Coordination: Assist with the preparation of investor presentations, reports, and meeting materials. Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, conferences, and events.
- Communication Management: Act as a liaison between the Senior Executive, Investor Relations team, and external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Project Management: Support various investor relations projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed accurately.
- Documentation: Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed. Maintain accurate records and files.
- Team Support: Assist team members with administrative tasks and coordinate internal communications to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of executive assistant experience within the financial services or asset management industry. Experience supporting Investor Relations strongly preferred.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Attributes: Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
