We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, pricing strategies, and margin optimization. The role requires strong analytical capabilities to drive key insights from financial data and support decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize product margins through Price/Volume/Mix reporting and tracking across various parameters.
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to guide pricing and cost management decisions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into financial and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, and Category Management to improve financial processes and enhance overall margin performance.
  • Lead initiatives to improve pricing and margin optimization strategies.
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies to ensure financial data accuracy.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
