Title: Project Manager – ServiceNow

Location: Chicago, IL or Tempe, AZ (must be onsite 3 days per week in either location)

Duration: 18-24 Months with the possibility of extension

Day to Day

The client is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing ServiceNow Team.

The Project Manager for this team will manage multiple projects simultaneously to execute and successfully deliver on time and on budget.

In addition to proactively identifying and mitigating product and project risks, this person will also be managing communication to drive global teams consisting of employees and onshore/offshore consultants from multiple vendors.

This person will partner with key business and technology stakeholders in the delivery of critical technology initiatives to meet the team’s strategic goals.

This person will mainly work with the Event Management Module Agile pod to lead morning stand up meetings, lead touch point conversations with lines of business, and coordinate any significant upgrades with key stakeholders.

The right person for this role will have a strong background in ServiceNow (Event Management specifically) project management, be self-motivated, possess strong leadership abilities, and have a willingness to jump in when needed.

Must Have

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Additional years of experience, or a PMP or other project management certification could be accepted in liue of a Bachelors)
  2. 5-7+ years of proven experience in project management, specifically with ServiceNow implementations.
  3. Strong familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ServiceNow modules (Event Management is highly preferred, but Incident Management would be acceptable, as well).
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  6. Experience working in an Agile environment
