Job Functions

Core Responsibilities:

  • 20+ years of IT Delivery experience and understanding of Life Sciences and Healthcare domain industries with core focus on Payer/Provider industry and their operating models
  • Focus on Delivery of Business value and achieving high customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate delivery excellence and transformation initiatives
  • Ability to manage Delivery with distributed teams and Multiple clients
  • Very strong communication and active listener
  • Up to date on latest technology trends on digital including - Cloud, DevSecOps, Serverless (Nextgen) application development, Process Automation, AI/ML, Data and DataOps, AI/ML, Information Security, and IT Operations
  • Ability to manage multiple teams in various geographies and lead account growth
  • Experience in forecasting Revenue and COR
  • Experience in participating in pursuits and bring in new ideas to win large initiatives, end to end.

Strong Communications Skills

  • Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
  • Delivers informative, well-organized presentations.
  • Ability to communicate message to customer representatives, listen and manage their concerns
  • Ability to read context and people
  • Must have very strong verbal communication skills.
  • Must have strong written skills, esp. in MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Should be able to prepare his / her PowerPoint presentations for customer and internal presentations
