About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to join the Office of the President at CrowdStrike, a dynamic and fast-paced technology company. This role requires an independent self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities, a keen attention to detail, and significant experience managing global travel logistics. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment, and exercises sound judgment while handling confidential information with discretion. Reporting to the Operations Lead, this role partners closely with the President’s Executive Assistant. This position calls for a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with a variety of personalities and adapt to different working styles. The successful candidate will act as an ambassador to the Office of the President, empower stakeholders to make informed decisions, and reduce information churn through clear and effective communication.

What You'll Do

  • Support to the Office of the President: Provide support to the Office of the President team by managing critical tasks, coordinating schedules, and anticipating needs. Step in to assist the President’s Executive Assistant during peak periods or when additional support is required.
  • Executive Time Management: Ensure schedules are aligned with key business priorities by utilizing strategic prioritization techniques and a deep understanding of company goals.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to foster collaboration, streamline communications and deconflict redundancies.
  • Ownership of Planning and Execution: Increase productivity by planning, executing, and owning tasks, and ensuring accountability for the timely completion of key deliverables.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, manage meeting logistics, take comprehensive notes, and follow up on action items to ensure efficient and productive meetings.
  • Process and Systems Management: Develop systems and workflows to enhance efficiency, improve organization, and create streamlined processes for the Office of the President.
  • Information Consolidation: Gather and organize large amounts of information, consolidating it into clear executive summaries to support decision-making and streamline communication.
  • Complex Scheduling and Calendar Management: Provide dynamic and flexible scheduling and calendar support for the Office of the President. Assist with thorough preparation for all commitments, including creating and reviewing briefing materials, meeting agendas, and itineraries.
  • Global Travel Management: Oversee the planning and coordination of both domestic and international travel. This includes handling complex itineraries, managing travel documents, and ensuring all logistics are in place. Accuracy and a keen attention to detail are critical.
  • Expense and Budget Management: Manage travel expenses and other reimbursements in a timely manner.
  • Executive Engagement. In coordination with the operations lead, works with special projects teams on executive outreach on behalf of the President.

What You'll Need

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience providing executive-level support, with demonstrated experience supporting senior executives at a high-profile organization.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Global Travel Expertise: Significant experience managing complex global travel, including the preparation of all necessary documentation for international travel.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated high aptitude for learning new tools, systems, and processes quickly, with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and workflows. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, and handle changes with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail in every task, ensuring flawless execution in scheduling, documentation, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritization and Urgency: Skilled in managing and prioritizing multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and urgency. The ability to manage time effectively across multiple time zones is essential.
  • Polished Executive Presence: Represent the Office of the President with professional maturity and poise in all interactions and events.
  • Ownership and Initiative: Take ownership of tasks and projects with minimal supervision, anticipating needs and creating solutions that support the goals of the Office.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Integrity and Discretion: Display the highest level of integrity and professionalism, handling confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $105,000 - $160,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
