The Opportunity
The Mom and Baby division specializes in providing maternity related medical equipment billed through insurance. This position will follow up on unpaid claims and will assist with developing improvements to our collections processes.
Your Primary Responsibilities
We are looking for bright, ambitious go-getters who are not afraid to go all in to contribute to meeting (and exceeding) team and personal goals. Background in or knowledge of health insurance is a plus - but more important is self-motivation and a willingness to accept coaching.

The Opportunity
The Mom and Baby division specializes in providing maternity related medical equipment billed through insurance. This position will follow up on unpaid claims and will assist with developing improvements to our collections processes.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze denied claims, while also addressing the root cause
- Investigate and report on trends associated to unpaid claims
- Find innovative solutions to problems
- Interpret Insurance guidelines, fee schedules, contracts, etc. to ensure compliance
- Respond to any incoming correspondence
- Maintain individual metrics
- Assist the Customer Experience team with incoming phone calls to the billing department, if needed
- Performs other duties as required
- Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.

- High school diploma or GED
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- General computer and email proficiency
- Medical Billing experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with performing data analysis
