We’re looking for a Risk Analyst who is obsessed with delivering world-class service to join our vibrant organization. This individual will be responsible for implementing processes and tools to mitigate the fraud and credit risk that comes with processing ACH and Credit Card Transactions in order to best protect our customers and their customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

New Customer Underwriting

  • Responsible for ensuring that new account applications comply with ePayPolicy’s underwriting policies
  • Complete new customer underwriting checklists for Know Your Business (KYB) and Know your Customer (KYC) requirements
  • Activate new accounts with appropriate credit limits and funding timelines

Risk Analysis

  • Review automated transaction risk rules to assess potential risks to customers and their electronic payments.
  • Mitigate and disposition risk alerts and case escalations
  • Establish and update customer transaction limits based upon their financial statements and transaction history
  • Propose and implement new techniques to identify fraudulent customers

Communication

  • Respond to payment processor requests for customer-related risk information
  • Respond to customer queries and concerns professionally
  • Provide guidance regarding risk-related matters to other ePay business units

  • Have experience with underwriting and onboarding new customers for payment processing
  • Understand the risks involved in processing transactions through the ACH and credit card networks
  • Are a problem solver with a passion for helping customers
  • Have experience with automated verification tools and customer risk models
  • Enjoy developing standardized, replicable processes that can be implemented across an organization

  • Enjoy managing or working on teams to accomplish cross-functional projects

We operate on a hybrid schedule for in-office employees. Standard schedules are three days per week in the office, however, the cadence and days are determined by each team and manager.
