Position Description:

PM Steering -- the cross-PA group of Product leaders chartered with looking after the health of the Product Management (PM) function across - is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Process Improvement Program Manager to temporarily join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our operational workflows and driving efficiency. You will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implementing solutions through automation, scripting, and data visualization. This includes building the infrastructure required to create and maintain dashboards for tracking and reporting key metrics. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage change effectively.

Overall Responsibilities: (Share 2-3 sentences about the POSITION)

Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement solutions to streamline processes, leveraging automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Apps Script with proficiency in Plx and Java).

Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure for creating dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and visualize data insights. This includes setting up data sources, pipelines, and visualization tools.

Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate data for analysis and reporting purposes.

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, clearly articulating the benefits of proposed changes.

Use data visualization to convey status updates/insights

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of process improvements.

Manage the end-to-end change process, including planning, communication, and execution.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: (All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role)

Proven experience in process improvement and analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly Apps Script and Java.

Experience in building frontend dashboards.

Experience building and maintaining data infrastructure for dashboards and reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage and execute change initiatives effectively.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
