Production Designer

Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the hotel industry for a Production Designer located in BROOMFIELD, Colorado. This role involves working on a digital campaign launch which includes display banners, social, email, and web. The successful candidate will need to have a strong ability to manage digital assets and demonstrate proficiency in Digital Asset Management.

Responsibilities:

Develop and produce digital assets for the campaign launch
Resize imagery to fit the appropriate formats for display banners, social media, emails, and web
Collaborate with the team to ensure all digital assets are in line with the overall campaign strategy
Monitor and update digital assets as per the campaign requirements
Be available to work onsite in the Broomfield office during the work week
Manage the digital assets for different resorts as per the campaign requirements
Ensure all digital assets are ready for future campaigns
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely selection of candidates for background screen
Maintain the quality of work similar to previous successful campaigns
Be ready to handle any other responsibilities related to the role as they arise.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Proven experience as a Production Designer in the hotel industry or similar
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with Digital Asset and DAM - Digital Asset Management
Exceptional creativity and innovation skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to receive and give constructive criticism
Understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
Knowledge of print production process, color theory, and color management
Experience in creating and presenting concept visualizations through sketches, drawings, and illustrations
Ability to manage workflows and coordinate with different departments.
