Position:Project Manager/Scrum Master (AGILE/SAFE)

Pay Rate:$70.00 per hour (W2 Only)

HYBRID: MUST be able to work ONSITE 2 days per week

Sr. Project Manager/Scrum Master will manage large projects in the Service Marketing area

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Develop Project Plans: Create detailed project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs.
Host Regular Project Meetings: Conduct weekly meetings with the project team and managers to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide updates.
Manage Deadlines: Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met by coordinating efforts across departments.
Coordinate with Vendors and Suppliers: Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers as needed for project execution.
Risk Identification: Continuously assess project risks, including technical, operational, and organizational aspects.
Mitigation Strategies: Develop risk mitigation plans and proactively address potential issues.
Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
Testing and Validation: Oversee testing phases, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Status Updates: Regularly communicate project progress to stakeholders, adjusting communication style based on the audience (executives, technical teams, etc.).
Issue Resolution: Address any project-related issues promptly, seeking consensus and maintaining transparency.
Change Implementation: Facilitate the transition from legacy systems to modernized solutions.
User Adoption: Promote user acceptance and adoption of new technologies.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
6+ years of hands-on Project Manager experience, managing project scope, project plans, schedules, reports, and forecasting/budgets
Must have experience working in a large Safe Agile environments/team.
Seasoned Agile Practitioner/Scrum Master who has led project teams
Experience creating project and executive PowerPoint presentations
Experience work in a large cross-functional environment and work closely with the business and IT teams and external vendors.
Experience using various project tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Teams
Experience using using various tools, such as Clarity, Jira, and/or Confluence
Excellent leadership, presentation and oral communication skills

DESIRED/NICE TO HAVES:
PMP or CSM Certified
