  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Software Engineering Manager
Location: Norcross, GA 30071 | Hybrid Remote: 2-3 days in the office per week
Travel: Quarterly planning meetings in Ohio

Responsibilities:
  • This technical leadership role is within our client s product development organization
  • You ll be managing a team of around 8 software engineers and SDETs
  • People management, coaching, mentoring, and developing career paths for your team
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with architects, engineering managers, and product owners
  • Working in an Agile (Kanban) environment with weekly iterations and releases
  • Mitigating and resolving project and team risks to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Ensuring teams have clear priorities, adequate resources
  • Participating in architecture discussions and planning
  • Fostering a culture of excellence, assisting with interviewing and hiring of new team members
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional experience managing technical professionals
  • Software engineering background with C# and/or Java + JavaScript is preferred
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices coding standards, code reviews, TDD
  • Understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, APIs
  • Extensive experience working in Agile processes and workflows
  • Experience with pair programming or mob programming is preferred
  • Excellent people management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing production, enterprise (B2B) software products (SaaS is preferred)
