WHAT WE NEED
The Associate Business Systems Analyst is an entry level member of the digital team responsible for enhancing, configuring, and supporting SAP and other enterprise platforms focusing on business process improvements and standardization that enables end-users to have the data for analyzing and decision making. Provides project support on clearly defined and narrowly scoped projects, from conception to completion, with committed objectives, schedules, and costs. Also responsible for the technical infrastructure supporting SAP and ensures that the SAP system is optimized and maintained for reliability, availability, and performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Through mentoring and direction from department leader and more senior team members, the Associate Business Systems Analyst will manage projects with narrow or clearly defined scopes.
  • Partner with all business functions at BRF to support SAP and business platform process improvements and standardizations.
  • Work with more senior members of the team to design and implement solutions across SAP S4Hana modules.
  • Generate reporting data for business stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain procedure documents and system configurations documents related to SAP.
  • May support creating and conducting training for end users of systems.
  • Continuous learning of best practices through participation in training, conferences, and related activities, and defining the application of these with BRF.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • BS or higher degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Information Technology, or Computer Science with a concentration on data science and analytics.
  • One to two (1-2) years of experience, co-op/internship experience will be considered applicable.
  • Education-related technical skills are focused on the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights from a variety of different systems. These skills include:
    1. ERP system administration and query development
    2. BI reporting tool familiarity
    3. Project Management skills
  • Strong technical skills need to be complemented by the following:
    1. Ability to perform work in a self-directed way through frequent direction from leaders or team members.
    2. A passion for innovation and solving business problems with digital technology
    3. Being a quick learner with the ability to manage a diverse set of projects with defined scopes.
    4. The ability to collaborate with and contribute to functionally diverse project teams.
    5. The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization

At BRF, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $65,000 and $75,000 per year. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
