Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our vehicle fleet operations. This role involves overseeing all aspects of vehicle maintenance, procurement, and asset management while collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate all vehicle maintenance, including preventative and mechanical repairs, vehicle wraps, detailing, and upholstery repairs.
• Prepare new vehicles for use and manage procurement, utilization, and disposal processes.
• Conduct random vehicle inspections and review weekly checklists submitted by technicians.
• Update company software and oversee vehicle GPS tracking systems.
• Perform daily and quarterly inventory counts, ensuring standardized layouts for the vehicle fleet.
• Manage assets, including tools, by implementing barcoding systems and conducting random audits.
• Operate and maintain forklifts and trailers as needed.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team on additional duties to support overall operations.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Experience with inventory management software
• Self-starter/resourceful - able to independently work, learn & plan with minimal guidance to drive tasks to conclusion
• Capable of learning on the fly with a focus on problem-solving
• Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data
• Motivated, takes initiative and possess strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask within a structured environment
