Product Support Specialist - Entry Level

As a Product Support Technician based in Miami, you will be responsible for providing customers with in-office support, troubleshooting, and solutions for our EV tractor equipment. In this position, you will utilize your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics while demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous learning.

Strong knowledge with reading electrical and mechanical schematics

Handling emails, including inquiries about part numbers and technical questions.

Managing parts, ensuring accurate identification, and timely delivery.

Locating drawings and identifying correct parts for customers.

Diagnosing and troubleshooting fault codes.

Reading wiring schematics and contacting engineers for further diagnostics.

Following up with dealers to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues.

Conducting team meetings to discuss ongoing issues, share updates, and strategize solutions.

Maintain website dedicated to these tasks to ensure efficient and effective product support.

Requirements

  • General Diesel Engines Knowledge;
  • General Electric Schematics reading and interpretation;
  • General Hydraulic Schematics reading and interpretation;
  • Microsoft Office Package;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks;
  • Ability to work in an international environment;
  • Ability to work in a small team;
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision;
