We are seeking a highly driven and reliable Human Resources Manager with extensive expertise in performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
Lead recruitment efforts, including interviewing and hiring candidates for managerial, professional, and exempt roles.
Collaborate with department heads to define skills and qualifications, and create effective job descriptions for various positions.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration for new employees.
Performance Management:
Provide regular feedback, performance evaluations, and coaching to support employees’ professional growth.
Handle employee discipline and terminations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Compensation and Benefits:
Research and recommend competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with market trends and compliance.
Administer pay, benefits, and leave programs, while ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Maintain a thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, ensuring compliance across all HR operations.
Stay informed of legal and regulatory changes, including EEOC reporting, and ensure company policies and procedures are updated accordingly.
Lead investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations in compliance with legal standards, ensuring fairness and confidentiality.
Employee Development and Succession Planning:
Design and manage learning and development initiatives to foster internal growth and prepare for future leadership needs.
Implement succession planning strategies to address future talent and leadership requirements

HR Operations and Technology:
Guide HR generalists and staff on complex employee relations issues, accommodations, and terminations.
Utilize HR systems to streamline processes and support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data and HR systems for compliance reporting and operational efficiency.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team, promoting development and maintaining high standards in daily HR operations.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to manage complex interpersonal situations and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in employment law, EEOC reporting, and compliance standards.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with experience in HR strategy and operations.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on compliance, recruitment, and employee relations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technology systems.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required; knowledge of H1B or H2B visa hiring is a plus.
