Sr QA Lead

Genesis10 is seeking a Sr QA Lead for a contract with our client in Minnetonka, MN. 80% Remote.

Job Description:
Need a resource who can advise multiple teams on test practices, testing staffing needs and as such will need to have strong Leadership skills; ability to strategize, estimate effort and promote Quality

Required Basic Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and ability to breakdown issues/solutions in a way the audience can easily understand
• Skilled in Automation using C#.
• Ability to write automated tests in existing Selenium and PlayWright frameworks using C#
• Knowledge of SmartBear's ReadyAPI
• Knowledge of SmartBear's TestComplete
• Skilled in writing and executing basic and complex SQL queries
• Skilled in writing and executing well designed positive, negative, boundary, integration, functional and other tests
• Skilled at mentoring junior staff and teams on best practices
• Ability to record, track and support the resolution of bugs/defects
• Ability to use Azure DevOps for test, bug and reporting purposes
• Ability to work in both a waterfall and fast paced, Agile, environment with changing priorities
• Knowledge and use of test automation best practices
• Ability to work independently and provide detailed verbal and written weekly updates to senior staff and as needed to upper management or business
• Willingness to assertively pursue and express best practices if teams go off course
• Other duties as assigned or required

Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $65.00-$75.00
We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
