Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development or HR technology roles, with at least 2 years in a lead position focused on Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Strong understanding of learning and development best practices and adult learning principles.
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and metrics related to learning outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle certifications related to Learning Cloud.
  • Experience in instructional design and content development.
  • Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud applications and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead the development and execution of learning strategies aligned with organizational goals, leveraging the Oracle Cloud Learn module to deliver effective training solutions.
  • System Management: Oversee the configuration and ongoing administration of the Oracle Cloud Learning module, ensuring optimal functionality and user engagement.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, curate, and implement high-quality learning content that meets the needs of various teams and job roles.
  • User Support & Training: Provide guidance and training to HR and departmental leaders on utilizing the Oracle Cloud Learning module effectively; serve as the primary contact for user support and troubleshooting.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize analytics and reporting tools to assess learning metrics, track engagement, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs; make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of the learning module with other Oracle Cloud applications and systems.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure that all learning initiatives comply with relevant legal and organizational standards; conduct regular assessments to maintain high quality in training programs.
