Location: McLean, VA Hybrid: 3-4 Days
Duration: Long term

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Business Analyst with ServiceNow Portfolio Management experience.
• Ability to Document Process Flows
• Training Documentation Development Co-Ordinating Training
• Support discovery of technical requirements working in close collaboration with the product owner and business users across multiple levels, including senior management.
• Provide project planning, management, communication, and coordination support to enterprise IT initiatives.
• Facilitate collaborative planning sessions with senior-level business and IT stakeholders within the components.
• Analyze business problems, understand the business process, and create process flow diagrams used as the basis for the solution design.
• Utilize excellent organizational skills to adhere to project deadlines, create and maintain deliverables, and proactively achieve project milestones.
• Establish client relationships; and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Proactively prioritize project tasks and identify project issues and risks.
• Conduct research, analyze information needs, and perform analysis to support the delivery of relevant artifacts including business process diagrams, reports, and presentation.
• Review and edit documents developed by others to ensure accuracy and quality of content, organization, language, format consistency, and conformance with established standards.
