  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

DataStaff, Inc. is seeking a QA Tester for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Raleigh, NC.
*This is a hybrid position. The majority of the work can be completed remotely. However, the contractor should plan to work 4-5 days per quarter onsite.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide testing support with the IT Enterprise Testing Team. The support consists of software testing of new releases/upgrades to applications developed for deployment.
  • Review and analysis of project requirements for clarity, understanding and testability
  • Development of system test plans and manual test cases
  • Execution of the test cases and test scripts
  • Defect management and reporting
  • Providing input or creating testing artifacts to include but not be limited to: Test Plans, Test Results, Metrics and Defect Reports
  • Providing weekly status reports to Management

Required Skills:

  • 5 Years - Experience testing business web applications and complex business applications across technologies
  • 5 Years - Experience in designing test plans, manual test case definition and test case execution, review and analysis of project requirements
  • 5 Years - Experience with OpenText Testing Tools Suite (ALM, UFT, LoadRunner/Performance Center and SiteScope)
  • 3 Years - Experience with Mainframe/DB2 for performing Data Validations
  • 5 Years - Ability to learn complex business functions
  • 5 Years - Strong Microsoft Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
