Highlights:

Must have PE license, looking for someone with minimum of 10 years of experience, who can go to market to bring in work. PE is a must, BD experience is a must, with the understanding that they will be required to have/get a client following to bring in work. We need someone who can lead this department.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer who is interested in building and leading a mechanical engineering team in our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated team player with ten plus years of experience looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity within a dynamic and progressive firm. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful and complex projects. The successful individual will work closely with our team and take a proactive role in marketing and business development. This role provides the opportunity to help build, manage, and mentor a strong team of engineering professionals within a collaborative multidiscipline office.

The position involves a mix of technical design and consulting, construction support, and new project scoping and proposal writing. Qualifications

Bachelor s in mechanical engineering or related field

Registration as a PE (required)

Minimum 10+ years of consulting engineering experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Contractor Industry

Minimum 8 years of experience executing HVAC and plumbing designs

Active industry involvement (preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working in a collaborate team environment utilizing project management skills

Business Development experience preferred
