Key Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of small to medium-sized client projects, ensuring successful delivery and outcomes.
- Oversee project budgets, including profit and loss statements, while providing accurate financial forecasts.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the organization’s representative to external clients and stakeholders.
- Lead a project team comprised of internal and external members, typically not exceeding 20 people.
- Promote the professional development of team members to enhance overall project performance.
- At least 6 years of experience overseeing complex projects or programs throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Medicaid and Medicare systems.
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies, encompassing both waterfall and agile software development lifecycle.
- Foundational knowledge of project support, client relations, IT industry practices, accounting, and effort tracking.
- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, varying in size and complexity.
- Proven experience in managing intricate projects.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferable.
