Key Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for assigned cases, collaborating closely with attorneys to oversee all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings to trial preparation.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare essential documents for court submissions.
• Ensure adherence to California state and federal court regulations.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents.
• Effectively prioritize workload and manage time to meet critical deadlines.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information with integrity.
• Facilitate effective communication with senior-level stakeholders, both within the organization and externally.
  
  

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal within a civil litigation context.
• Familiarity with California legal matters and proficiency in electronic court filing and service applications.
• Strong grasp of civil litigation processes and legal terminology.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and capability to perform under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Windows applications.
• A paralegal degree is preferred.
• Independent judgment in planning, prioritizing, and managing a diverse workload.
• Strong interpersonal skills to support effective communication.
