Requirements:
*Fluent in English and working knowledge of French required
*Should be well versed with Canadian Group Disability and Life business.
*Should have min of 5 years of experience in advising clients in disability market strategy and disability product implementation.
*Should have 15+ years of experience working with group clients in Canada in an Advisory or Product Owner capacity.
*Working with COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) vendors in implementation and advising the business features is a PLUS.
*Should have working knowledge of SDLC and Agile-based delivery.
*Should have worked in an On-Off model and should be willing to work with the team working in multiple locations.

What you'll do:
Hands-on day-to-day operations experience and an understanding of how users intend to interact with business modules including : Product Management/Design of Canadian Group Products (someone with an underwriting background works well here)
Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
Define scope, validate design on features, user stories and acceptance criteria via hands-on in the application when necessary
Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
Case Onboarding and Administration
Understanding of Flex Offering Administration
Enrolment Operations
Understanding of Spending Accounts and Flex Benefits enrolment
Billing Operations
Understanding of ASO/BASO, Taxation concepts
Familiarity with the specificities of Quebec vs the western and other provincesYears of Experience:13.00 Years of Experience
