Jack Henry is looking for a Programmer Analyst to join our implementation team, supporting our core processing products, 20/20 and SilverLake. In this role, you'll focus on converting data into the SilverLake and 20/20 databases. You'll also leverage your coding skills to fix base code, correct programming errors, and troubleshoot bugs. This position can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States but will require extensive overnight travel to our customers' locations across the United States to complete installation projects.

Jack Henry is looking for a Programmer Analyst to join our implementation team, supporting our core processing products, 20/20 and SilverLake. What you'll be responsible for:
- Develops programming code for new and/or existing software enhancements.
- Devises block diagrams, logic procedures and prepares flowcharting.
- Troubleshoots and debugs existing code.
- Tests code and fixes to ensure quality.
- Develops conversion and system implementation plans; implements newly created code and fixes into existing software.
- Provides programming support for various interfaces.
- Keeps customers informed of all enhancements, troubleshooting, and fixes; may assist the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.
- Creates all programming documentation; may include defining the system and functional requirements of the product
- May complete project bids and/or work effort estimates. Interacts with customers to gather system requirements.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
- Minimum 18 months of experience in any programming language acquired through education and/or professional job experience.
- This position entails 50% travel for software implementations, typically involving up to two trips per month. Each trip may last between 5 to 9 days.
What would be nice for you to have:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Experience with one or more programming languages: RPGLE, CLLE, & SQL.
- Banking Industry experience.
- Prior JH Silverlake or 20/20 experience
