An exciting and unique opportunity to join a team of data & insights analysts in the Commercial Strategy Organization. In this role, you will interact with sales leaders, business partners and other stakeholders to develop and deliver performance reporting and insights. The role will focus on data mining, current customer credit quality and performance, business results/metrics, and other ad-hoc analyses.
Job Description
Build and modify queries using SAS, R, or Python to create data sets for reporting and analysis
Design, build and maintain Tableau Dashboards and Reports
Utilize data to create insights to help leaders deepen their understanding of performance, gain efficiencies and improve bottom line performance
Perform ad hoc analysis, dashboards and reporting as needed to support leadership and business partners
Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments and teams
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Marketing, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
4+ years of experience in a business intelligence or analytical role
2+ years coding in SQL
2+ years coding in SAS, R or Python
1+ years Developing in Tableau
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong data visualization and communication skills to tell a story using complex data in a simple way
Experience pulling, cleaning, and validating data from disparate source systems
Background in Financial Services, particularly within Commercial segment or Data organization
Experience with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM
Strong Interpersonal skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a matrix organization
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
